Weekend Update!

Thing weekend was fun of fun. Friday night after a long day @ work, I ministered at my school's Haitian Benefit Concert. It was a wonderful event. There were many acts that performed, Christian and non Christian, but God was able to show himself strong, through the ministry. People were really feeling the music and most of all got the message.

Saturday, I headed out to Philly with my boy Clevonne, as we had a studio session with my man Ronin. We created some heat. After four hours of work we created a nice banger called, "Aliens" that will be on facebook, myspace in about a month or so. After our session we went over the studio A, where, producer, "Boots"(drummer for Pharrel, Producer for Prayz1, Twyse) was in there creating some classic heat. After vibing for a minute, spitting a little, bit he laced me with a couple joints to rock on. He is fire. Later that night, I ministered at the Gospel Poetry Slam, hosted by my main girl Zion. It was nice. It wasnt the biggest turnout due to the snow that Philly received on that day. My bro's Trini the Professor (2009 McDonalds Gospel Fest Champion for Poetry)and my brother Godsent. Two amazing poets. Also, got the privilege again to see a powerful brother, Jaycen Moody, who has a powerful testimony as well as a wonderful gift for poetry. He recently released his book entitled, "From the Crack House, to the House of God" That's a crazy name for a title, so the book definitely has to be popping. I picked up a copy, so I will let you know.

Sunday, I was honored to minister at my brother Alan's 21st Birthday celebration. My brother B-Luv also was one who was able to come though and show love. It was amazing. I was blessed to see how many people came out to show love to a wonderful man of God. Alan is just a testament of what is means to be Godly. He is a strong rooted young man, who makes it his mission to win the lost and love Christ with all of his heart. Glad to be there.

There you have it a weekend update. I'll keep you posted on the current weekend, some new projects I'm working on and some new music. I'm grinding, you should try it! Taste and see that the Lord is good!

God Bless

Planet of the Apes

I love the unique style of "Bathing Ape" it really represents the fun, classy and swaggerific side of fashion. I must say this brand has really set the bar for street wear brand and has really challeged artist to think outside of the box. As a designer myself I try to get inspired by brands such as these, not to copy, but to creatively demonstate that 2 can play that game. Currently working on, The Royal CLub, and other fashion projects as well, expect some dope streetwear! Take a look into some of Bathing Apes new gear!

Have Fun!

To all my sneaker heads, it remains to be seen that JORDAN BRAND will be having another fabolous lineup of Jordans this year, a couple which I am very excited about. Rumors having been passing around about a release of the Jordan XII "Cool Greys". These babies dropped when I was in the 7th grade. Some other surprise releases include the Retro Red/Black Jordan II Classic Colorway, which my uncle Cle still has a pair of the originals. This are a must by for "2010" There are also rumors circulating about a release of the low Jordan XII blue/snakeskin colorway. These are special. "Angel in Disguise"

Yesterday my friends sent me a email, with this story. I was reading it on the bus, but didn't know how deep this was. If i was not on that bus i would have been crying uncontrollably, because of the sincerity and joy of such a story. PLEASE READ and let GOD work in your life today.

Every
Sunday afternoon, after the morning service at the church, the
Pastor and his eleven year old son would go out into their town and
hand out Gospel Tracts .

This particular Sunday afternoon, as it came time for the Pastor and his
son to go to the streets with their tracts, it was very cold
outside, as well as pouring rain.

The boy bundled up in his warmest and driest clothes and said, 'OK, dad,
I'm ready.'

His Pastor dad asked, 'Ready for what?'

'Dad, it's time we gather our tracts together and go out.'

Dad responds, 'Son, it's very cold outside and it's pouring rain.'

The boy gives his dad a surprised look, asking, 'But Dad, aren't people
still going to Hell, even though it's raining?'

Dad answers, 'Son, I am not going out in this weather.'

Despondently, the boy asks, 'Dad, can I go? Please?'

His father hesitated for a moment then said, 'Son, you can go. Here are
the tracts, be careful son.'

'Thanks Dad!'

And with that, he was off and out into the rain. This eleven year old boy
walked the streets of the town going door to door and handing everybody
he met in the street a Gospel Tract .

After two hours of walking in the rain, he was soaking, bone-chilled wet
and down to his VERY LAST TRACT. He stopped on a corner and looked
for someone to hand a tract to, but the streets were totally deserted.

Then he turned toward the first home he saw and started up the sidewalk
to the front door and rang the door bell. He rang the bell, but nobody
answered.

He rang it again and again, but still no one answered. He waited but
still no answer.

Finally, this eleven year old trooper turned to leave, but something
stopped him.

Again, he turned to the door and rang the bell and knocked loudly on the
door with his fist. He waited, something holding him there on the front
porch!

He rang again and this time the door slowly opened.

Standing in the doorway was a very sad-looking elderly lady. She softly
asked, 'What can I do for you, son?' With radiant eyes and a smile that
lit up her world, this little boy said, 'Ma'am, I'm sorry if I
disturbed you, but I just want to tell you that * JESUS REALLY DOES LOVE
YOU * and I came to give you my very last Gospel Tract which will tell
you all about JESUS and His great LOVE.'

With that, he handed her his last tract and turned to leave.

She called to him as he departed. 'Thank you, son! And God Bless You!'

Well, the following Sunday morning in church Pastor Dad was in the
pulpit.

As the service began, he asked, 'Does anybody have testimony or want to
say anything?'

Slowly, in the back row of the church, an elderly lady stood to her feet.

As she began to speak, a look of glorious radiance came from her face,
'No one in this church knows me. I've never been here before.. You see,
before last Sunday I was not a Christian. My husband passed on some time
ago,

leaving me totally alone in this world. Last Sunday, being a particularly
cold and rainy day, it was even more so in my heart that I came to the
end of the line where I no longer had any hope or will to live..

So I took a rope and a chair and ascended the stairway into the attic of
my home. I fastened the rope securely to a rafter in the roof, then
stood on the chair and fastened the other end of the rope around my neck.
Standing on that chair, so lonely and broken-hearted I was about to
leap off, when suddenly the loud ringing of my doorbell downstairs
startled me. I thought, 'I'll wait a minute, and whoever it is will
go away.'

I waited and waited, but the ringing doorbell seemed to get louder and
more insistent, and then the person ringing also started knocking
loudly...

I thought to myself again, 'Who on earth could this be? Nobody ever rings
my bell or comes to see me.' I loosened the rope from my neck and
started for the front door, all the while the bell rang louder and
louder.

When I opened the door and looked I could hardly believe my eyes, for
there on my front porch was the most radiant and angelic little boy
I had ever seen in my life. His SMILE, oh, I could never describe it to
you!

The words that came from his mouth caused my heart that had long been
dead, TO LEAP TO LIFE as he exclaimed with a cherub-like voice,
'Ma'am, I just came to tell you that JESUS REALLY DOES LOVE YOU .' Then
he gave me this Gospel Tract that I now hold in my hand.

As the little angel disappeared back out into the cold and rain, I closed
my door and read slowly every word of this Gospel Tract. Then I
went up to my attic to get my rope and chair. I wouldn't be needing them
any more.

You see-- -I am now a Happy Child of the KING. Since the address of your
church was on the back of this Gospel Tract, I have come here to
personally say THANK YOU to God's little angel who came just in the
nick of time and by so doing, spared my soul from an eternity in
hell.'

There was not a dry eye in the church. And as shouts of praise and honour
to THE KING resounded off the very rafters of the building, Pastor
Dad descended from the pulpit to the front pew where the little angel was
seated..

He took his son in his arms and sobbed uncontrollably.

Probably no church has had a more glorious moment, and probably this
universe has never seen a Papa that was more filled with love &
honour for his son... Except for One.

Blessed
are your eyes for reading this message.

Don't let this message die, read it again and pass it to others. Heaven
is for His people!

Remember, God's message CAN make the difference in the life of someone
close to you.

Please share this wonderful message...

If you love JESUS, please forward this message.

Spread His word, and share His goodness and faithfulness.

Matthew 10:32 says:

'Whoever acknowledges Me before men, I will acknowledge him before My
Father in heaven. But whoever disowns Me before men, I will disown
him before My Father in heaven'

"HEART OF WORSHIP"

This morning I woke up and went to 6am prayer at church to start my day off. As I was there I began to weep for my father and how he needs Christ in his life. I thank God for my salvation, but pray that my dad will get to know Christ for himself. I just pictured my dad next to me on his knees praying to out heavenly father. I know he will be saved. I pray for his life and that he will come to know the Lord.It will happen, nothing is impossible for God.
Last night me and my brother in the faith at an intense prayer session where we reflected on out mission as believers and how God has purposed us for more than just singing praises and dancing in church, but to go win souls. Sometimes we get caught up in the regular flow of the world and we forget that we are not of this world though we are in it. The crazy thing is that we don't even spend a decimal point of our lives on this earth compared to the life that is prepared for us, "Eternity". So, today I just want to share a song that you can reflect on and get back your focused attention on Christ and his mission!

"HOLINESS aint DEAD"

Last night at my church, "ABUNDANT LIFE" (Plug) we had REVIVAL NIGHT, with special guest MOM GRAHAM in the building. She went IN. It was great to get the perspective of an Ol'School pilar of the gospel on today's issues. She came out of 1 Tim 4:6-14. It takes about training physically for a race/competetion but more so Paul buts emphasis on "Training to be Godly". Recently Ive been reading this book, "Disciplines of a Godly Man" and it touched a little bit on this chapter. While I was reading God showed me that I was "Spiritually FAT" I wasn't training myself to be GODLY. I would work on my physical external impression of Godliness, but really focused less on my internal vital nourishment. We work on our praise and the appearance of Godliness, but forget that there is a root that needs to be tended to. Thats why we dont have alot of POWER. We have the form of Godliness, but denying its power (2 Tim 3:5) Where the power? God showed me that, Physical starvating leads to Spiritual nourishment. The more you deny your flesh you feed your spirit. Which also brings in fasting and giving up things to allow God to nourish your Spirit. Lets not get so focused on the external where we forget to train ourselves internally for the race. When you are spiritually fat you cannot compete. You have no stamina and the enemy can do whatever he want to you because you are tired and vulnerable. BEAT your body into submission and allow God to reign in your bodies so you may be fit to fight the enemy! I hope this is something you may think about.

WHERE MY USIAN BOLT'S AT?
